This Ayurvedic inspired recipe includes Ghee (clarified butter), walnuts and
mung beans (lentils) with natural sweeteners. This recipe is for folks
who are anticipating summer months and not needing the thermogenic effects of the original Vedic Flax and yet like having the luxury of omega fats for the heart and pain syndromes.

Mung beans (lentils) are widely used in Ayurvedic nutrition literature and is well known for its easy digestive properties as well creating the mind more balanced and calm. Mung beans (lentils) are a very light source of protein and mixing with Ghee's natural properties, it makes a perfect concoction for the summer months. It is very light and easily digested. Perfect for non-winter months.
